Imagine, if you will, a cross between Pacifica and Greek Mythology. That is Takæla. Small continents and innumerable islands hold creatures, I mean, people like Centaurs, Sphynx, Mer, and Leprechauns, as well as a whole host of normal 'D&D' species.

I discovered this planet in the mid-1980s and have been cataloging it ever since. The natives were suspicious, and learning the myriad languages took a little time, but I finally have enough details to publish this Web Site.

It also took a little while to find a format in which to present my data. I hemmed and hawed but eventually decided to use the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 2nd Edition (AD&D2©TSR) system for it's familiarity and similarity to the actual conditions of Takæla.
