'Normal' D&D Species do not have a talent adjustment.
Non-humans are 3 times as likely to have wild talents (i.e. they get a *3 on their final number.)
Ten percent of the individuals in a species that has wings gain levitation. Five percent of that population can teleport.
Ten percent of non-armed Equinoids (Pegasoi and Unicorns) have telekinesis, five percent have specific telekinetic sub-abilities.

{In game terms
Regardless of the actual chance, the following are applied to the actual wild talent roll:

  • If an individual has wings, a roll of 1-10 gives it levitation, a roll of 11-15 gives teleport.
  • If an individual has no hands, a roll of 1-10 gives it telekinesis, a roll of 11-15 gives it any psychokinetic devotion.}
